If you are new to the world of social media advertising, it might be overwhelming to choose the correct platform and come up with a strategy that not only going to make you visible online but also attract the type of followers who would want to buy your product or service.

Before you jump in and create any adverts, it’s important to first think about what you’re aiming to achieve. By setting yourself a few goals ahead of spending money on ads, you will have something to measure your success against

In this blog, I want to show you how it is possible to create awareness of your FB page and get those likes and followers to your page.

How to get your Facebook ad reach up.

Getting Facebook Page Likes

Facebook’s ad campaigns run through the Facebook Ads Manager tool, which you can access from your page by clicking “Manage Ads”

Set Targeted Audience for Your Facebook Ad

When you click on Continue you will be asked to select FB page. Select the relevant FB page. Then, in Targeted audience section and type in all the biggest countries in the world (see below).

No, you may not want clients in Indonesia or Malaysia or India but you can get a lot of followers from there and it is relatively cheap. Remember, the idea of this is to get you more follower and page likes. It will also help to set your positioning and not to sell your produce or service (at this stage at least).

The first country should be your core country (mine is the UK). The rest can be anywhere in the world.

On the next page select an image (or if you have a short video, 20-sec max). Then write some text for your ad. You will see that under your image/video there is ‘Like’ Icon so the people do not even need to click on the image or text. By clicking on the ‘Like’ icon they are automatically subscribed to your page.

Add video to your Facebook ad screenshot

It is very important to create strong Hook. The following words have proven to reduce the cost and increase followers:
